Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped, you can write to our customer support team at hello@nutramore.in or call or Whatsapp us at +91-7420915791 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Our team does not work on Sundays)
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation after shipment
In case of cancellation after the shipment is dispatched or is returned at the time of delivery, we initiate the refund/replacement after checking the eligibility. Once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
Nutramore offers its customers a refund/replacement only if they are eligible for a refund or a replacement based on the below guidelines/rules set by the Company. You must raise a return/exchange request for a product within 72 hours of its delivery.
Eligibility criteria
- If the product gets spoiled due to the natural nature of the product (which happens rarely)
- If the product gets damaged in transit (damages can be caused in transit but are usually very unlikely as the products and packaging)
Steps to obtain a Refund/Replacement
Contact our Customer Support team by sending a mail at hello@nutramore.in or calling or sending a Whatsapp message to +91- 7420915791 within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide us with your Order details and your request to replace/refund your order for the stated reason. Kindly email an image of the product (proof of damage) and the invoice for our reference. Our team will review and investigate the image/s and will get back with a resolution within 24-48 hours.
- In case the pick-up of the products is warranted, we will request you to arrange for a return pick-up and we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products pass our eligibility criteria.
- If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
- Any claims for refund/replacement should accompany proper photographic/video-graphic evidence.
- We will initiate the refund for only the damaged/spoiled articles and not for the entire order. For instance, if you purchase a pack of 4 cookie boxes and we identify that there is an issue with one box out of the 4, you will get refunded or receive a replacement for that 1 box and not all 4 boxes.
Which items cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- The serial Number is tampered with.
- Product seals are broken, the product has been used, or if it has already been opened
- If the request is initiated after more than 72 hours of order delivery

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after accepting and processing the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation after the shipment is dispatched or is returned at the time of delivery, we first check if the refund is eligible and process the refund at the discretion of the customer support executive in charge of the issue.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
